Appointment Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment.

We understand that life can be unpredictable.

To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients we have established the following cancellation policy.

• 48 hour grace period: cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment will incur no charge.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will subject to a 50% charge or the service cost.
• Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment will incur a full charge, 100% of the service charge.
